About the Position:

Hiring for a Project Manager, responsible to lead the project team on large commercial and/or multifamily construction projects. Duties include: leading meetings, delivering reports, submittals, maintaining sub lists, subcontracts, schedules, change orders, insurance, material procurement, logistics, as-builts and closeout among others.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree (Architectural, Engineering, Construction Management and/or business preferred).

Experience managing projects ranging from $20-$75M.

5+ years Project Management experience within Podium, Urban/High-Density and Multi-family/Mixed-Use communities projects.

Ability to demonstrate effective leadership methodologies, while maintaining a professional environment.
