About the Position:

Hiring for a CRC Service Manager, responsible for directly managing 15 technicians in the heavy equipment component reconditioning center and resolving any service issues that arise on a day-to-day basis. Schedule service department work activities among technicians, monitor work for completeness and timeliness, respond to customer service scheduling needs. Work closely with the Service Manager and Coordinators as an internal resource to the customer.

Requirements:

Associates degree in Business or Technical discipline.

3+ years of related Service Manager experience and/or training.

Supervisory and computer skills, and general mechanical service abilities.

Must have heavy equipment technical knowledge and experience to provide customer support and price jobs.
