About the Position:

Hiring for a Senior Project Manager with potential to be Project Executive, responsible for HVACR and plumbing, "Special Projects", such as quick turnaround, TI and service ($100K-2M) within the commercial and healthcare industries. Supporting business development efforts, leading the preparation of proposals, and serving as lead presenter in presentations to secure new project work. Responsible for developing a substantial amount of new business and developing and maintaining existing client relationships. Serving as key contact with major clients. Develop schedules, budgets, generate RFIs and develop pay apps and ensuring that all aspects of the project are followed through to completion which includes clients meetings, project team communication, monitoring budget and progress.

Requirements:

10+ years in Mechanical HVAC and/or plumbing project management.

Preference for applicants with Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management or other 4-year engineering degree.

Mechanical project experience within industrial, healthcare and commercial markets.

Extensive knowledge of standard practices within HVACR and/or Plumbing including design and construction.

Individually able to carry out complex or novel assignments.

Experienced in developing scope of work, time and manpower estimates.
