About the Position:

Hiring for a Vice President/Director of Operations, responsible for the day-to-day leadership of the construction teams within the company as well as a key member of the executive management team. This role will focus on the overall growth of the company, in all areas from preconstruction, estimating,
permitting and planning, construction operations and overall design and construction project management with an emphasis on business planning, staff planning, performance management, operational efficiency and effectiveness and organizational development.

Requirements:

Must have 15+ years of Project Management including some Operations level experience within general commercial construction.

Must posses progressive leadership experience in a professional construction environment with engagement in work
acquisitions, operations, financial management and human resources leadership.

Must demonstrate tactical and innovative business leadership ability; willingness to take ownership of the
total performance and resulting value stream in the company.

Must have experience developing and tracking performance metrics and measuring performance against benchmarks,
increase revenues and profit, prudently minimize costs, and improve customer and staff
satisfaction and delivery levels.
