About the Position:

Hiring for a Customer Experience Manager, responsible to lead the customer experience partnership across the organization from sale to success. Working with key partners in marketing, sales, estimating, design, fabrication and project management. Developing the end-to-end process of guiding business stakeholders to solve complex customer problems. and ensure customer experience success through consistent process improvement with a goal of to end-to-end positive customer experience across all stages of design, construction and installation.


  • 5+ years of experience in a customer relations.
  • The desire to want to create, implement and maintain your own vision of successful customer experience protocols.
  • Highly effective communication and presentation skills; equally comfortable with verbal, written and visual communication.
  • Self motivated and able to work effectively with a remote support team.
  • Demonstrated customer experience success in a related industry or discipline with a tangible manufactured product preferred. Digital products considered.
  • Bachelor’s degree Architecture, Engineering, Business a plus but not required.
