About the Position:

Hiring for a Project Manager in the Cleveland, Ohio, market.

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities

Overall project coordination between office, field and client.

Master project schedule and updates as required.

Project billings to clients.

Approval of subcontractor and supplier billings.

Assembly of Change Orders, submission and negotiations with client and subcontractors.

Document tracking including Proposal/Change Order log, RFI’s, Submittals.

Meeting minutes (if required).

Coordination of Owners project meetings.

Quarterly project forecast updates.

RFI generation and submission and tracking.

Assist project superintendent as needed to push the site issues as needed.

Overall organization of closeout documents.


Commercial experience highly preferred.

3+ years in Project Management.

OSHA 30.

Detail oriented with strong written and communication skills.

Experience operating independently.
