About the Position:

Hiring for a Director of Operations, to lead the operations of the organization, including the company’s project management, manufacturing, and procurement functions and the delivery of structural glass projects as part of a matrixed, multi-disciplinary team. Reporting to the CEO and with the Director of Finance and Administration, Project Executives, and Production Manager, all of whom have deep industry experience.


  • Extensive experience within the construction, architecture and/or structural glass industries.
  • Executive-level management experience overseeing manufacturing, procurement, and estimating functions.
  • Strategic business thinking, planning and leadership skills to lead the successful implementation of new initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience implementing continuous improvement and quality control systems.
  • Ability to work and establish relationships with the management team members to drive growth initiatives.
  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 15 years of department level management experience preferred.
  • Experience leading project management, procurement, and fabrication functions preferred.
