About the Position:

Hiring for a Director of Human Resources, responsible for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the human resources function within the Company. Specifically the Director supervises and leads the human resources staff to understand the Company’s core business operations and develop a culture that enables all Company employees to perform in accordance to the Company's objectives. Additionally the Director provides consultation to management on strategic staffing plans, compensation, benefits, training and development.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of training, education and experience. Master’s degree preferred.

Human Resource Certification such as SPHR or SHRM-SCP.

10 years of experience of running a Human Resources department preferably at a manager level or above.

Demonstrated knowledge of leadership capabilities in Human Resources management as it relates to strategic operations.

Strong knowledge of Human Resources laws, regulations, policies, practices and methodologies.

Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of various computer software programs including MS Office Products.

Experience with Viewpoint software is highly desirable.
