About the Position:

Hiring a regional Sales Operations Manager, for a home-based traveling position, managing multiple offices for the company in a multi-state area. Responsible to develop organizational and sales structures for service plumbing. Oversee all company standards and procedures. Evaluate and maintain sales force levels to meet specific territorial requirements. Review WIP reports and financial statements. Monitor proposals and bid activity for plumbing retrofit, repair, and maintenance work. Identify and formalize all training requirements. Prepare performance appraisals and conduct on-going counseling for sales personnel. Review estimates, pricing, proposals, and necessary contractual documents on large bid work. 10 years Plumbing Service Sales and Management experience.

Successful experience managing a work force for service plumbing.

Successful experience in performance assessment.

Past experience in service, retrofit, and maintenance sales.

Complete Profit and Loss responsibilities in background.

Past background in Plumbing System Engineering.

Mechanical Engineering degree with an emphasis in plumbing design preferred.

Excellent interface skills with field personnel, sales engineers, owner’s representatives, sub-contractors, facility managers, and municipal and state office personnel.

Previous field experience.
