About the Position:
Hiring for a Service Supervisor, responsible for the direct supervision of technicians, maintaining scheduling of all work, communicating and advising customers (both external and internal) of all aspects of repairs, and enforcing the company’s policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Associates Degree in Diesel or Equipment Technology or equivalent.
- 5 years experience as heavy equipment (construction or mining) technician.
- Thorough understanding of basic mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and structural systems.
- Understanding of Company heavy equipment products (specifications, applications, operation, maintenance, structure/function, testing/adjusting, repair).
