About the Position:
Hiring for a Senior Estimator, responsible for preparing detailed estimates and proposals for hard bid and negotiated projects ranging from $500 to $50,000,000 across multiple markets, and may include conceptual, schematic, design development as well as construction document estimates.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
10+ years commercial construction estimating experience including experience working with estimating software similar in nature to Timberline Estimating and On-Screen digital take-off.
Must possess the ability to create documents in Microsoft Word and Excel and is required to have a very in-depth knowledge of plans and specifications on a wide variety of construction project types including schools, correctional facilities, commercial office buildings, retail and upper education.
Any experience with multifamily construction, post tension parking garages and wastewater/water treatment facilities is a plus.
