Hiring for an Operations Manager (Branch Manager), responsible for the safety, P&L, budgeting, staffing, business development and operational excellence of their territory, ensuring that projects are executed safely, with excellence and integrity.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in the demolition and abatement industry
- Experience managing an office
- Demonstrated results in business development and client care
- Demonstrated experience in project management including estimating, budgeting, scheduling and deliverable performance
- Demonstrated experience writing successful proposals, work plans and estimates
