About the Position:
Hiring for a Project Executive, responsible for project objectives and policies, maintaining liaison with prime client contracts, and monitor construction and financial activities through on-site Project Engineers and/or Project Managers. This position will also serve in a Director of Preconstruction capacity and is the subject matter expert with knowledge and expertise from preconstruction/estimating engagement through project start-up and execution and will be compensated appropriately for fulfilling all roles and responsibilities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related industry degree.
- 10+ years of Project Management, Estimating and/or Operations level experience within commercial construction.
- Exceptional leadership and team building skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional knowledge of cost/claim avoidance.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office suite and other industry/company related programs.
- Ability to effectively present to both and internal and external audience.
