About the Position:
Hiring for a Preconstruction Manager and Senior Estimator, responsible for overseeing all phases of preconstruction as well as supporting the estimating department. Primarily focused on premier distribution center and warehouse builds throughout the northeast and mid-Atlantic.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred in Building Construction Science, Construction Management, Construction Technology, or related area.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience, ideally gained within a commercial general contractor in a Estimating, Project Management, or other relative position.
- Experience in Tilt Wall Construction a must.
- Applicants must have previous precast or tilt-up warehouse & distribution center project experience.
