About the Position:
Hiring for a Chief Estimator, responsible for generating accurate scopes and pricing, managing bid day processes and overseeing the estimating department and support staff. The Chief Estimator must be experienced with conceptual estimates, negotiated work, and competitive bidding for projects $2-50 million in value within the commercial, retail hospitality, multifamily and senior living sectors.
Requirements:
- 10+ years’ experience in Estimating.
- Onsite Field Experience desired.
- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred (Architectural, Engineering, Construction Management and/or Business).
- Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, and MS Project scheduling software knowledge.
- On-Screen Takeoff, Bluebeam, SmartBid or similar bid management software.
