About the Position:

Hiring for a Senior Project Manager, responsible for industrial, commercial, institutional and healthcare projects. Must be capable of effective management of multiple projects with experience in estimating, scheduling, purchasing, cost control, subcontractor management and overall project planning.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, construction science, engineering, architecture, or related field preferred.
Minimum 5+ years of project management experience.
Experience managing multiple projects, budgets and schedules.
Extensive knowledge of building construction systems and components.
Able to lead and teach others.
Able to establish and maintain strong relationships within the construction industry.
Computer Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office; Microsoft Project, Bluebeam and experience with Project Management software preferred.
