About the Position:
Hiring for a Vice President, to be a member of the leadership team and functional leader in charge of the battery/energy storage division. Responsible to build out a team in conjunction with existing resources to facilitate rapid growth with both utility scale standalone energy storage projects (primary focus) as well as secondary focus on BTM and smaller scale energy storage projects. This role will lead and grow full turn-key services to include engineering, self-perform new construction, retrofit/maintenance, and protentional for O&M growth opportunities.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field, or equivalent experience.
- 15+ years work history with 4+ years leading Energy/Battery Storage efforts for an EPC focused organization.
- Proven leader that has built out a team and can quantifiably illustrate year over year EBITDA/profit margin growth within the division the led.
- Both technically and commercially strong and well connected/networked within the Energy/Battery Storage vertical.
