About the Position:

Hiring a Mechanical Project Manager, for the Reno area, to work with the new construction group on a broad variety of projects from government to hospitality/hotel and large commercial work. Salary dependent on experience level, company provides full benefits, 401k, and bonus structure. Company is an ESOP with a path to full vesting.

Requirements:

Applicant should be knowledgeable in HVAC pipe and air system/duct installation.

A minimum of 10 years of new construction HVAC Project Management experience for work to $1-5M or larger.

Plumbing experience is a PLUS.

Previous successful experience supervising crews of 5-25 field personnel.

Design/Build background is essential to success.

Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent design experience is a PLUS.

Excellent Interface skills with owners, sub-contractors, architects, engineering, and government officers a MUST.

Past Successful Project Management in the Las Vegas market a PLUS.
