About the Position:
Hiring for a Senior Estimator, responsible for developing detailed cost estimates and participating in the bid process for new construction projects in the DC market.
Requirements:
- Preferred Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) from four-year college.
- Minimum 5+ years of Estimating experience within general contracting.
- Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, Microsoft Project, Assemble by Autodesk and BlueBeam.
