About the Position:

Hiring for a Regional Sales Manager, responsible for the sales function of the Salt Lake City region and the implementation of a defined sales process, coaching and subordinate sales professional development. The primary focus is to lead the sales team and drive top line revenue and results while keeping accurate and consistent metrics for the region. Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Ten (10) years of experience in heavy equipment sales.
  • Personnel management experience.
  • Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, self-motivations and communication skills required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer and application systems skills required.
