About the Position:

Hiring for a Purchasing Manager, responsible for oversight of day-to-day Preconstruction and Purchasing activities and assisting with the construction financial modeling & performance of all projects through buyout.

Requirements:

  • A college degree from an accredited university is required.
  • A minimum of 5+ years’ experience in the construction industry.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Preconstruction role.
  • Knowledge of construction means and methods, costs and engineering principles.
  • Individual must be self-motivated, possess strong communication/interpersonal skills and be confident in his/her ability to develop and manage their assigned portion of the estimate.
