About the Position:

Hiring for a Logistics Sales Representative, responsible for developing and retaining a valuable and productive book of business for the truckload brokerage business. Engaging with clients via telephone, social media and email to develop new relationships and expand existing relationships by ensuring high levels of service and offering additional solutions to our customers.


  • Bachelor’s degree, preferred.
  • 3+ years of 3PL experience, with significant focus on truckload.
  • 5+ years of direct selling experience.
  • High energy, high engagement, high trust team player.
  • Entrepreneurial deal maker and problem solver.
  • Extensive network of contacts.
  • Proficiency with CRM, TMS and MS Office applications.
  • Must be willing to travel to meet essential responsibilities
