About the Position:

Hiring for a Key Account Manager, responsible to plan, direct, coordinate and implement sound business initiatives and supporting action plans to increase sales and support for Key Account customers with the U.S. & Canada. Responsible for all Key Account commercial negotiation, account management and solutions to maximize company sales and market share objectives and provide economical solutions while maximizing product line profitability. Overall, a hands-on sales and customer service leader driving improvement in new account development, customer retention, fostering better customer relations and directing company field and dealer personnel to improve customer satisfaction and results.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree required.
10+ years of sales experience in construction equipment industry.
Key Account experience a plus.
Change leadership and creative problem solver, ability to motivate in a diverse organization.
Minimum +/- 50% overnight travel required.
