About the Position:

Hiring for a Marketing Communications Manager, responsible for developing and implementing advertising, communications, promotional programs, literature, manage merchandising, and signage materials. Also responsible for selecting, planning and managing conventions, exhibitions and events nationally.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree.

3+ years of experience in B2B and/or B2C marketing communication.

Historically excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills with ability to develop strong professional
working relationships across all levels of the organization.

Reputation of a highly creative mindset and aesthetic sensibility with the motivation to drive and promote new and innovative ideas.

Comfortable in speaking in front of groups.

Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with advanced skills in Graphic Design suites (Adobe, InDesign, etc.)
email marketing (Constant Contact, MailChimp, etc.).

SEO/SEM, Google Analytics & Ad words, Content Management (social and/or digital), and Leadgen platforms, experience preferred.

Prior experience in planning for ConExpo, or other Construction or Road Equipment trade shows is preferred.

Prior experience as a graphic designer or in a marketing agency is preferred.
